AdvanceBio Spin Columns from Agilent

Agilent's AdvanceBio spin columns are designed for fast and simple sample preparation of proteins and oligonucleotides, making them ideal for desalting or buffer exchange. These gel-filtration-based spin columns and plates remove excess salts and small molecules, preserving the native structure of biomolecules in aqueous conditions, with suitable ionic strength and pH. This ensures your sample is ready for high-quality analysis while protecting LC columns and MS instruments from contamination and improving the accuracy of results.

Three formats are available for application flexibility: analytical and semi-preparative scale spin columns for individual samples, as well as 96-sample plates for high-throughput workflows.

  • Analytical scale spin columns for up to 100 µL per sample
  • Semi-preparative scale spin columns for up to 1 mL per sample
  • Analytical scale 96-sample plates for up to 50 µL per sample
