CHROMABOND® NH2 SPE columns utilise an aminopropyl phase for the selective extraction of a wide array of compounds, including acids, bases, and neutrals. The NH2 (amino) functional group offers dual functionality, acting both as a weak anion exchanger and for polar interactions in normal phase chromatography. This makes the CHROMABOND® NH2 SPE particularly suited for the purification of sugars, phenols, and other polar analytes from environmental samples, food products, and biological fluids.
