Agilent Bond Elut LMS (large molecule size) polymeric sorbent lets you elute without having to add amine modifiers, buffers, or acids. The elimination of secondary interactions means that analytes can be eluted with pure organic solvents or HPLC-compatible solvent mixtures of low ionic strength, crucial for compatibility with LC/MS or other delicate analytical techniques.
