Avantor® ACE® UltraCore C18 HPLC columns have a densely bonded octadecyl stationary phase and can be used to separate acidic, basic, and neutral molecules, based on hydrophobic retention mechanisms. Often known as the workhorse stationary phase, it can be utilised for common application areas where high sensitivity is required. Featuring an ultra-high purity 3.5 µm solid-core particle for high efficiency separations with low backpressure.
