AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide HPLC Columns from Agilent
To successfully separate trityl-off, deprotected oligonucleotides, you need columns that have high resolving power and are robust enough to withstand challenging conditions.
If your columns don’t provide enough resolution, you can’t be sure your results are accurate. If your columns are not robust, you will have to replace them frequently, which will disrupt your workflow and increase your costs. Agilent AdvanceBio oligonucleotide columns feature high efficiency, 2.7 µm superficially porous Poroshell particles. Using technology exclusive to Agilent, we chemically modify the particles to make them exceedingly resistant to high pH mobile phases. We also bond them with an end-capped C18 phase that delivers excellent selectivity for oligonucleotides. What’s more, we test every batch of AdvanceBio oligonucleotide media with a resolution standard to ensure consistent performance.
The family of AdvanceBio products are designed to deliver consistent, exceptional performance for the complete characterization of proteins, antibodies, conjugates, new biological entities and biopharmaceuticals.
Agilent’s AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide columns offer high-resolution ion-pair reversed-phase chromatography, optimised for the separation and purification of deprotected synthetic oligonucleotides. Using superficially porous Poroshell particles in 2.7 µm and 4 µm sizes, these columns deliver exceptional efficiency and are available in a wide range of dimensions, from analytical (2.1 mm ID) to preparative scales (up to 21.2 mm ID).
The columns feature chemically modified particles with an end-capped C18 phase, providing selectivity for oligonucleotides and durability in high-pH environments, crucial for demanding applications. Their unique pore size distribution and shorter diffusion distance allows effective handling of oligonucleotides up to 100–150 nucleotides in length with high resolution. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing with a resolution standard to ensure consistent performance. AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide columns excel in both analytical characterisation and purification processes, with seamless method scale-up.
