Avantor® ACE® Oligo columns have a unique encapsulated stationary phase for high resolution ion-pair reversed-phase analysis of oligonucleotides. These high pH stable stainless steel columns are compatible with all buffers and mobile phases typically used for oligonucletide analysis by LC-UV and LC-MS, including TEAA and HFIP. High efficiency 1.7 and 3 µm particle sizes are available for high resolution, rapid oligonucleotide separations on HPLC and UHPLC instrumentation. These columns utilise base deactivated silica for exceptional reproducibility and peak shape, and display excellent column lifetime under oligonucleotide testing conditions.
