SiELC Promix SP columns are designed for small peptides under 1 kDa with a pI value below 6.0. This mixed-mode analytical column features negatively charged acidic ion-pairing groups embedded within long ligand chains.
Promix SP is suitable for analysis of very short and/or very hydrophilic peptides. Typically, it is difficult to retain such peptides on reversed phase columns. The Promix SP column offers an improved retention profile and alternative selectivity when compared with reversed phase separation.

- Use acidic mobile phase pH from 2 to 5.5

- Guard columns connect directly to columns and do not require any additional holders
- Promix range also includes Promix AP for peptides under 3 kDa with PI value below 7.0 and Promix MP for medium sized peptides (1 to 10 kDa)
