AdvanceBio SEC HPLC Columns from Agilent
AdvanceBio SEC columns deliver accurate, precise quantitation for mAb aggregation and protein analysis. These innovative size exclusion chromatography columns were designed and engineered by Agilent to improve lab productivity by providing robust, reliable methods that eliminate sample reanalysis. Consistent results are achieved from column to column, batch to batch, and lab to lab, ensuring that methods can be transferred across departments and locations to put an end to uncertainty.
The AdvanceBio SEC 1.9 µm column is designed to improve resolution and provided faster separation of mAb aggregates and fragments by using both HPLC and UHPLC. The optimized sub-two-micron particles are monodispersed and modified by unique hydrophilic bonding chemistry providing column reproducibility and stability, as well as preventing secondary interactions and protein adsorption. The AdvanceBio SEC 1.9 µm column is intended to meet the need for qualitative and quantitative critical quality attributes (CQA) analysis and method transferability across departments.
AdvanceBio SEC columns from Agilent provide precise and accurate quantitation for analysing aggregates and fragments in peptides, monoclonal antibodies, and larger biotherapeutics. These size exclusion chromatography columns enhance laboratory efficiency by offering robust, reliable methods that prevent the need for retesting samples. They deliver consistent results across different columns, batches, and laboratories, facilitating method transfer across various departments and sites, and in doing so reducing uncertainty.
The AdvanceBio SEC 2.7 µm columns are designed for routine SEC applications and feature a unique hydrophilic coating that reduces secondary interactions with the sample and the stationary phase. This makes them particularly effective for challenging samples like antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), providing reliable and precise results. Originally available in 300 Å and 130 Å pore sizes, these columns are optimal for sensitive and reproducible analysis of protein and peptide aggregates. The latest AdvanceBio SEC 2.7 µm columns now come in larger pore sizes of 500 Å and 1000 Å, tailored for high-resolution aggregate analysis of adeno-associated viruses (AAVs) and virus-like particles (VLPs).
AdvanceBio SEC 1.9 µm columns elevate SEC separations further. Their smaller particle size and hydrophilic properties allow for high-efficiency, high-resolution separations. Capable of withstanding pressures up to 620 bar, these columns support faster flow rates, meeting high-throughput demands. The 200 Å pore size is specially optimised for the separation of dimers, monomers, and fragments, ensuring comprehensive monoclonal antibody (mAb) characterisation.
