Shodex Ohpak SB-800 series SEC columns are polymer-based columns for the separation by size of modified proteins, PEGs, polysaccharides, and surfactants. A wide range of molecular weight samples can be analysed. For light scattering detectors it is recommended to use the Ohpak LB-800 series with higher crosslinking and lower bleed.
