HELIX Coresep 100 HPLC Columns

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Coresep 100 from HELIX is a bi-modal HPLC column with reversed phase and medium strength cation-exchange properties, based on core-shell particles. It is designed to retain hydrophobic neutral, hydrophobic acidic, hydrophobic zwitterionic, and hydrophilic basic compounds. Typical applications include analysis of hydrophobic acidic drugs and basic hydrophilic counter ions. It is also effective in separation of ionisable structural isomers.
Features
- Coresep 100 is a reverse-phase HPLC column with embedded acidic ion-pairing groups embedded on core-shell particles
- Improves retention of basic compounds by cation-exchange mechanism
- Separates acids by ion-exclusion mechanism
- Retains neutral compounds by reversed phase mechanism
- All mobile phases are LC-MS and preparative chromatography compatible
- Coresep range also includes Coresep S with HILIC and medium cation-exchange properties, and Coresep SB with reversed phase and strong anion-exchange properties
