Thermo Scientific Acclaim C30 HPLC columns are designed to provide high shape selectivity for separating hydrophobic structural related isomers. The covalent modification of C30 alkyl silane on ultra-pure spherical porous silica gel gives these columns high shape selectivity and unique selectivity complementary to other reversed phase columns. They are fully compatible with various aqueous buffers for flexibility in method development.
