Thermo Scientific Syncronis C8 HPLC columns are less hydrophobic than C18 columns and are recommended for moderately hydrophobic analytes. The columns are suitable for speeding up methods by eluting analytes faster compared to Syncronis C18 columns. Manufactured with high-purity silica with dense stationary phase coverage and double endcapping to provide excellent peak shapes especially for basic compounds.
