YMC-Pack TMS Analytical HPLC Columns
YMC-Pack TMS is the stationary phase with the lowest hydrophobicity among reversed phase materials. It shows an intermediate polarity between normal phase silica and other alkyl bonded reversed phases.
YMC-Pack TMS is suitable for fast separations of highly hydrophobic compounds. It is an alternative to C18 phases for the separation of hydrophilic compounds.
YMC-Pack TMS columns feature a trimethylmonochlorosilane (C1) stationary phase, providing the lowest hydrophobicity among reversed phase columns. These columns are particularly effective for the analysis of very hydrophobic compounds using traditional reversed phase methods, and of highly polar compounds using normal phase solvents. YMC-Pack TMS columns are also well-suited for the analysis of multifunctional compounds.
