Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus Phenyl-hexyl HPLC Columns

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus Phenyl-Hexyl HPLC columns deliver unique selectivity for compounds with aromatic groups. Ideal for separating moderately polar compounds, where typical alkyl phases such as C18 and C8 do not provide adequate resolution. Superior peak shape is achieved due to ultra-pure silica, advanced endcapping reagents, and a unique optimised bonding process. ZORBAX Eclipse Plus Phenyl-Hexyl is manufactured using traditional fully porous silica in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm for compatibility with both HPLC and UHPLC instruments.
Features
- Alternative selectivity for aromatic compounds
- Enhanced pi-pi interactions when using methanol mobile phase
- Fully porous silica-based columns provide ultimate performance
- Traditional, fully porous particles available in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm sizes
- Guards extend the lifetime of analytical columns without diminishing performance
- USP L11 classification
- ZORBAX Eclipse Plus reversed phase chemistries also include Eclipse Plus C18 and Eclipse Plus C8 for alternative selectivity
- ZORBAX Eclipse Plus Phenyl-Hexyl chemistry is aligned with Poroshell Phenyl-Hexyl for easy transfer from fully porous to superficially porous particle columns
