The Pursuit family of HPLC columns offer strong performance in a variety of common phase chemistries. Columns are available in many dimensions, particle sizes, and pore sizes to fit various needs. Media is scalable from analytical all the way up to preparative dimensions.
Pursuit is available in a wide range of selectivities such as Pursuit C18, C8, Diphenyl and PFP. Built on the larger 200Å pore size silica, high ligand density delivers up to 40% faster separations without sacrificing resolution. This is accomplished by optimizing mass transfer with the larger pore size. The column’s performance is due to the unique combination of advanced bonding chemistry and ultra-high purity silica. These factors combine to provide rapid separations with excellent first time resolution and symmetrical peaks for polar compounds.
Pursuit XRs columns combine high ligand density with a 100Å high surface area silica. They are designed to increase productivity, as they offer maximum loadability, excellent stability and easy scalability while maintaining superior resolution.
