SCAT safety waste caps provide safe disposal of your liquid laboratory waste. All safety waste caps come with a connection port for a SCAT exhaust filter. The exhaust filter ensures safe pressure equalization in the collecting container and filters out solvent vapours to keep your working area clean and safe.
The variety of closures, connections and thread sizes allows optimal adaptation to your HPLC set up. Additional versions with grounding connections, level controls or safety funnels offer every convenience for safe disposal of liquid waste. SCAT safety waste caps are available in the following versions:
Standard - comes with different connections with no additional functions
Level control - with automatic or mechanical monitoring of the fill level of the canister
Grounding connection - to dissipate static charge on the cap to prevent explosion or fire from sparks
Safety funnel - for the disposal of viscous liquids or larger quantities
Universal - cap with ports in all sizes and matching blanking plugs that can be universally adapted to any LC set up
The safety waste caps can be used on your available containers, or choose from the wide range of SCAT waste canisters.
