Amino Acid Standards
- Ready-to-use reagents and standards have been combined under one part number (5190-9426) for easy ordering or can be ordered individually
- Each amino acid standard is 10 x 1 mL ampoules and contains Glycine, L-cystine, L-histidine, L-tyrosine, L-leucine, L-methionine, L-serine, L-alanine, L-phenylalanine, L-glutamic acid, L-proline, L-isoleucine, L-arginine, L-threonine, L-valine, L-lysine and L-aspartic acid
Glycan Mapping Standards
- Standards for use as sample preparation controls and for column and system performance verification
- Dextran ladder standard facilitates data analysis and reporting
- IgG N-linked glycan standard confirms workflow efficiency
Oligonucleotide Standards
- Oligonucleotide standards are supplied lyophilized in Agilent high recovery glass autosampler vials and are accompanied by a certificate of analysis
- Oligonucleotide Resolution standard contains 14, 17, 20, and 21 mer synthetic oligonucleotides and is designed to test N / N-1 resolution
- Oligonucleotide Ladder standard contains 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 mer synthetic oligodeoxythymidines, an excellent tool for testing column selectivity and reproducibility
Peptide Mapping Standards
- 10 peptide standard mix (part number 5190-0583) used for testing every batch of AdvanceBio Peptide Mapping media
- Mixture contains 10 hydrophilic, hydrophobic, and basic peptides, ranging in molecular weight from 757 to 2845 Da
