Thermo Scientific Reacti-Therm combines heating, stirring, and evaporation for unmatched versatility. The Reacti-Therm heating/stirring module coupled with the Reacti-Vap evaporator provides a complete solution for derivatization or other small-scale reactions.
The Reacti-Therm heater/stirrer is available in four models - single block and triple block sizes with either heat-only or heat-and-stir capability. This versatile system is compatible with a range of interchangeable accessories, for applications on small samples for a range of applications.
Add evaporation to the Thermo Scientific Reacti-Therm heating and stirring module for your derivatization or other small-scale reactions. The Thermo Scientific Reacti-Vap Evaporator evaporates samples efficiently and with ease by delivering pressurized gas (simultaneous or separate delivery) to samples in the Reacti-Therm module. The two modules easily connect by attaching tubing from the gas supply. Simply lower the Reacti-Vap evaporator into position over sample vials in the Reacti-Therm module and start gas flow. Choose 9-port or 27-port model for compatibility with single-block and triple-block Reacti-Therm modules, respectively.
Features
Reacti-Therm Heating and Stirring Module
- Uniform, stable heating: steady temperature incubation between ambient plus 10 to 200°C
- LED display: match digital display to in-block thermometer to calibrate temperature set-point
- Modular design: switch aluminium blocks and vials; attach compatible evaporator manifold
- In-block temperature control option by remote Ttemperature probe, an optional accessory to allow temperature regulation from block wellsor actual sample vials
- Magnetic stirrers for heating / stirring module for simultaneous stirring of samples in multiple vials
Reacti-Vap Evaporator Module
- Integrated pressure-relief valve protects against excessive gas-flow and dangerous pressure build up
- Easy set-up: attach to corresponding Reacti-Therm module, attach tubing from gas supply, and lower into position over samples and start gas flow
- Choose 9-port or 27-port module for compatibility with single-block and triple-block Reacti-Therm modules, respectively
