Fluorescence Cells from Agilent
Agilent's high quality fluorescence cells enable fast, effective and precision fluorescence measurements of UV-Vis liquid samples. Two types of cell are available; normal rectangular cells for single fluorescence measurements and water-jacketed flowcells that enable continuous measurements. The rectangular cells' shape includes mirroring on two adjacent sides that creates an increased level of sensitivity, specifically for cuvette-based fluorescence measurements, enhancing overall output. The flowcell produces consistent and accurate output and requires an Extended Sample Compartment Accessory, connecting tubing and a water bath such as the PCB-1500 for effective operation.
