Thermo Scientific headspace screw vials and caps provide a ready-to-use, convenient solution that does not require crimping or decapping tools.
SureSTART screw top headspace vials are made to withstand higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analyses. They have very low metal content, extractables and leachables, and conform to high standards to meet your regulatory requirements. Headspace crimp vials are available in 10 mL and 20 mL volumes in clear or amber glass.
SureSTART 18 mm Precision screw caps are made from magnetic steel and are available with either silicone/PTFE septa designed to reduce autosampler needle issues, or high temperature septa to allow for heating to over 250°C without excessive septum softening or the release of volatile vapours.
