Element Holdings Ltd Completes Acquisition of VR Analytical­

Element Holdings Limited, a leading supplier of consumables and scientific services into the analytical chemistry sector, announce their successful acquisition of VR Analytical, to enhance the group scientific expertise and services in Extractable and Leachables testing.

The partnership between Hall Analytical Laboratories (Manchester, UK) and VR Analytical (Bend, Oregon, USA) creates a fully integrated solution provider for all aspects of Extractables and Leachables analysis for Life Sciences, Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) and Advanced Technology Industries.  The combined organization is optimally positioned to meet clients current and future testing requirements through scientific excellence and advanced testing capabilities
