GL Sciences InertSustain Cyano HPLC columns are designed using the most modern LC column technology available providing them to be extremely inert, stable and reproducible. The InertSustain Cyano columns are highly recommended for all pharmacopeia methods requiring a cyano phase to be used (USP L10).
Features
- Based on high purity evolved surface (ES) silica
- Can be used for both reversed phase separations as well as normal phase separations
- Highly recommended for all pharmacopeia methods requiring a L10 cyano phase to be used
- Highly reproducible from column-to-column and batch-to-batch
- pH range of 2 - 7.5
- 3 µm HP columns maximum operating pressure is 500 bar
- 3 and 5 µm columns maximum operating pressure is 200 bar
- Guard cartridges E with 10 mm length require guard holder part number 5020-08500
- UHPLC guard cartridges require guard holder part number 5020-08630
