The Intrada Organic Acid column from Imtakt is a HPLC column specifically designed for LC-MS analysis of organic acids of the TCA cycle. This innovative mixed-mode column is designed for separation of a wide range of organic acids and is suitable for most anionic structures ranging from weak to strong anions. Methods using this column do not require any derivatisation steps, and almost all organic acids can be analysed within a ten minute run time.
