Primesep AP HPLC columns from SiELC are silica-based amino columns with hydrophilic properties. It can be used to separate acidic compounds using an anion-exchange mechanism, and separate basic and neutral polar compounds using a HILIC mechanism. Typical mobile phase conditions are compatible LC-MS and low UV detection.
