Silicycle SiliaPrep Triethylamine (WAX-2) SPE

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Silicycle SiliaPrep Triethylamine (WAX-2) SPE is a weak anion exchanger that can be used instead of SAX and SAX-2 phases for strong anions to avoid irreversible retention. This phase presents a slightly lower capacity and a moderately non-polar character due to the alkyl chain on the amino function. It can also be employed as metal scavenger and in normal phase conditions.
Features
- SiliaPrep Triethylamine is a silica based weak anion exchanger sorbent
- Used for the extraction of strongly acidic molecules
- Excellent separation due to narrow particle size distribution and no fines
- High recovery and yield
- Reproducible flow rates from lot-to-lot
- Standard SiliaPrep cartridges are made with flanged polypropylene (PP) tubes and 20 μm polyethylene (PE) frits
