The sorbent used in Thermo Scientific HyperSep Diol SPE features short alkyl chains with polar functional groups, and is ideal for the isolation of polar compounds. HyperSep Diol SPE cartridges and 96 well plates are typically used as an alternative to silica in normal phase applications where silica’s acidic character can be problematic.
