HyperSep SAX is ideal for the extraction of negatively charged compounds from both aqueous and non-aqueous matrices. Typical applications include isolation of anionic proteins, removal of acidic food pigments, isolation of phenolic compounds, and nucleic acids, nucleotides and surfactants.
