Agilent Polaris Amide-C18 HPLC Columns
All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Agilent Polaris C18-Amide HPLC columns provide subtle alternative selectivity as they do not have steric protection. The columns feature an embedded amide group, similar to ZORBAX Bonus-RP columns. Excellent retention and peak shape is observed for polar compounds under highly aqueous conditions while avoiding phase collapse and shifting retention times. Available with either 3 µm for higher resolution HPLC applications, or 5 µm for reproducible HPLC methods.
Features
- C18 stationary phase with embedded amide group for subtle alternative selectivity
- Excellent retention under aqueous conditions while avoiding phase collapse and shifting retention times
- Compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phase
- USP designation of L60
- MetaGuards connect directly to the analytical column – no additional holder is required
- Polaris range also includes C18-A and C18-Ether for alternative selectivity, and C8-A and C8-Ether for reduced retention of hydrophobic compounds
