Agilent Poroshell CS-C18 HPLC columns provide excellent peak shapes for basic compounds with using low ionic strength mobile phases, like formic acid. The columns feature a hybrid endcapped C18 stationary phase on a Poroshell 2.7 µm superficially porous particle modified to have a charged surface. Unlike traditional C18 columns, this innovative charged surface provides superior performance under MS-friendly formic acid mobile phase additives with better peak shape, unique selectivity, and improved resolution.
