Agilent Pursuit C18 HPLC columns are general-purpose columns for reliable performance of routine applications. Pursuit columns have a smaller surface area and larger 200 Å pore size relative to other conventional columns. High ligand density delivers up to 40% faster separations without sacrificing resolution by optimising mass transfer with the larger pore size. Pursuit C18 columns are based on traditional fully porous particles, and are available in 3 µm, 5 µm, and 10 µm for HPLC methods.
