Agilent Pursuit Diphenyl HPLC Columns

Agilent Pursuit Diphenyl HPLC columns provide different selectivity with aromatic compounds due to strong dipole-dipole hydrogen bonding and pi-pi interaction mechanisms. The Pursuit columns have a smaller surface area and larger 200 Å pore size to provide rapid separations. The advanced bonding chemistry and ultra-high purity silica provide excellent resolution and symmetrical peak shapes. Available with 3 µm and 5 µm fully porous particles for use with standard HPLC instrumentation.
