Agilent Vac Elut Cartridge Manifolds
The Agilent Vac Elut Cartridge Manifolds are designed to improve laboratory productivity by enabling the simultaneous extraction of multiple samples using Bond Elut SPE cartridges. Available in 12- or 20-position formats to suit different sized sample sets, these vacuum manifolds systems provide reliable operation and accommodate a wide range of workflows. The compact linear design minimises bench space requirements, while the clear glass base allows direct observation of the entire extraction process.
For flexible operation, the Vac Elut manifolds can be configured with different collection racks to suit commonly used tube formats, including larger 16 × 150 mm vessels for applications requiring elution volumes greater than 10 mL, such as combinatorial chemistry. Disposable polypropylene delivery needles reduce the risk of sample carryover and can be easily replaced with extender tips for direct flow into collection tubes. The manifolds incorporate a vacuum control valve, gauge, and quick-release valve mounted on the lid for easy adjustment away from the corrosive waste stream. Both versions combine durability, precision, and flexibility to support consistent, high-throughput solid phase extraction.
Each manifold comes complete with the following components:
