Agilent ZORBAX Carbohydrate Analysis HPLC Columns
All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Agilent ZORBAX Carbohydrate Analysis HPLC columns are application-specific columns for the separation of mono- and other saccharides. The columns are manufactured by reacting 3-aminopropylsilane with ZORBAX silica particles. The reaction conditions used were specifically developed to maximise surface coverage with a monolayer bonded phase. The uniform, spherical, ZORBAX particles are 5 µm in diameter, and have a controlled pore size to give optimum column efficiency.
Features
- Amino-propyl silane phase bonded to ZORBAX SIL
- Application specific column for analysis of saccharides
- Columns ship in acetonitrile/water and are tested with a mix of sugars
- Avoid exposure to aldehydes and methyl ketones which may form Schiff’s bases with the bonded phase
