Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C8 HPLC columns are superior general-purpose columns providing reproducible separations of neutral, acidic, and basic compounds. Lower retention of hydrophobic compounds is observed compared to ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18. The columns are manufactured with high-performance silica, double endcapping, and a unique optimised bonding process to provide outstanding performance. ZORBAX columns feature traditional fully porous particles, and are available in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm particle sizes for both UHPLC and standard HPLC applications.
