Agilent ZORBAX StableBond CN (SB-CN) HPLC Columns

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Agilent ZORBAX StableBond CN (SB-CN) HPLC columns offer excellent peak shape and retention of polar and mid-polar compounds using reversed phase or normal phase methofds. The SB-CN columns feature non-endcapped silica that is sterically protected with bulky diisopropyl side chain groups. This protects the silica surface from hydrolytic attack and allows the use of low pH and high temperature methods. The columns are manufactured with fully porous silica in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm for use on either UHPLC or HPLC instrumentation.
Features
- Low bleed cyano phase
- Suitable for retention of polar and mid-polar compounds at low pH or high temperature
- Excellent stability and peak shape at highly acidic conditions
- Shipped with reversed phase solvents but can also be used in normal phase applications after flushing with isopropanol
- Traditional, fully porous particles available in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm sizes
- Guards extend the lifetime of analytical columns without diminishing performance
- USP L10 classification
- ZORBAX StableBond also includes SB-C18, SB-C8, SB-3, SB-Aq, and SB-Phenyl for alternative selectivity
