Agilent ZORBAX StableBond Phenyl (SB-Phenyl) HPLC columns contain an ethyl phenyl functional group with diisopropyl protecting groups on non-endcapped silica for excellent selectivity of aromatic compounds. The diisopropyl side chain groups sterically protect the key siloxane bond from hydrolytic attack at low pH. Excellent reproducibility and peak shape is observed for low pH and high temperature applications. Featuring fully porous silica in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm for use on either UHPLC or HPLC instrumentation.
