Avantor® ACE® AQ is an ultra-inert phase designed for the reversed phase separation of very polar compounds, with up to 100% aqueous eluent. It is a C18 bonded phase with integral polar functionality. Avantor® ACE® AQ is ideal for use with fast gradients due to its rapid re-equilibration properties and resistance to retention loss.
Avantor® ACE® Excel® AQ columns, with increased pressure rating, are available for UHPLC applications in 2, 3 and 5 μm particle sizes.

- Part numbers beginning with ACE have HPLC hardware format with 275 bar / 4,000 psi pressure limit
- Part numbers beginning with EXL have HPLC/UHPLC hardware format with 1,000 bar / 15,000 psi pressure limit
- ACE guard cartridges for analytical columns require stand-alone guard cartridge holder H0001 and column coupler C0001
- ACE UHPLC guard cartridges require holder H0011
