Avantor® ACE® SuperC18 HPLC Columns

Avantor® ACE® SuperC18 columns provide high stability across an extended pH range of pH 1.5 - 11. The unique Encapsulated Bonding Technology (EBT) dramatically increases ligand coverage of the silica surface and effectively eliminates the negative effects of unbonded silanol groups. The higher ligand coverage results in improved inertness, chromatographic performance, and stability.
Avantor® ACE® SuperC18 columns are ideal for use with LC/MS compatible buffers, and are ultra-low bleed for improved LC/MS compatibility. These columns can be used with both methanol and acetonitrile mobile phases and offer rapid column equilibration without memory effects.
Avantor® ACE® Excel® SuperC18 columns, with increased pressure rating of 1,000 bar, are available for UHPLC applications in 1.7, 2, 3 and 5 μm particle sizes.
