Daicel Chiral Zwitterionic Chiral Columns

Daicel zwitterionic chiral columns CHIRALPAK ZWIX(+) and ZWIX(-) are packed with zwitterionic chiral stationary phases. These novel selectors incorporate both anion- and cation-exchange functional groups. They are designed for separation of zwitterionic molecules, such as underivatized amino acids and small peptides. The elution order of enantiomers can be systematically reversed on CHIRALPAK ZWIX(+) and CHIRALPAK ZWIX(-), although their column performance may not be exactly equal towards each analyte.
