Agilent MCX Aqueous SEC Columns

Agilent MCX columns are designed for aqueous SEC analysis of strong polyanions like poly(styrene sulfonate), lignin sulfonate, modified starches, acids, alcohols, and pectins. These GPC columns feature a sulfonated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer base, that can be used to analyse sulfonated polymers with molar masses ranging from 100 to 5,000,000 Da. Available in two particle sizes and featuring a range of porosities, MCX columns cater to diverse polymer analysis requirements. Additionally, they meet USP L22 classification, exhibit high tolerance to buffer concentrations, pH range from 1 to 13, temperatures up to 80°C, and can withstand organic solvents, including up to 100% methanol or acetonitrile.
