Avantor® ACE® HILIC-B HPLC Columns

Avantor® ACE® HILIC-B HPLC columns have been designed specifically for HILIC applications and are suitable for the separation of polar compounds. The HILIC-B stationary phase is a proprietary aminopropyl with a basic character with an ionisable positive surface charge depending on the mobile phase pH.

The ACE HILIC-B columns form part of a range of three proprietary HILIC phases (HILIC-A, HILIC-B, and HILIC-N) with alternative selectivity to each other. Using a screening approach to method development it is easy to achieve reproducible and successful HILIC separations of polar analytes.
