Advanced Materials Technology HALO® Penta-HILIC HPLC Columns

HALO Penta-HILIC HPLC columns from Advanced Materials Technology have a bonded silica stationary phase, which has a highly polar ligand with five hydroxyl groups tethered via a novel proprietary linkage chemistry to Fused-Core particles. Ideal for separation of highly polar compounds (with Log P near or less than 0) that are poorly retained in reversed phase. The columns are manufactured with superficially porous particles (2 µm, 2.7 µm or 5 µm) for increased efficiency without the consequence of high back pressures.
