Advanced Materials Technology HALO® Penta-HILIC HPLC Columns

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
HALO Penta-HILIC HPLC columns from Advanced Materials Technology have a bonded silica stationary phase, which has a highly polar ligand with five hydroxyl groups tethered via a novel proprietary linkage chemistry to Fused-Core particles. Ideal for separation of highly polar compounds (with Log P near or less than 0) that are poorly retained in reversed phase. The columns are manufactured with superficially porous particles (2 µm, 2.7 µm or 5 µm) for increased efficiency without the consequence of high back pressures.
Features
- Ideal for polar compounds poorly retained in reversed phase LC
- Proprietary penta-hydroxy ligand provides alternate selectivity for HILIC mode
- Excellent peak shape for basic compounds in HILIC mode
- USP classification of L95
- Available particle sizes are 2 µm, 2.7 µm, and 5 µm
- Fused-Core® technology for reliable performance delivering high efficiency, low back pressure separations
- HALO® range also includes HALO® HILIC with unbonded silica stationary phase
