HELIX Amaze HD mixed-mode HPLC columns feature a polymeric ligand with strong hydrogen donor groups as well as strong acidic functionality. They can be used in normal phase, HILIC, or cation exchange modes, depending on the mobile phase composition. The columns retain compounds by a combination of cation exchange and hydrogen bonding mechanisms and offer alternative selectivity to classic reversed phase and HILIC columns. The Amaze HD columns are fully compatible with all organic solvents and 100% aqueous mobile phases for flexible method development.
