Avantor® ACE® C18-Amide is a uniquely designed stationary phase offering improved retention of polar compounds, enhanced phenolic resolution and alternative selectivity to C18 bonded columns. The special design of the Avantor® ACE® C18-Amide ligand incorporates an extended alkyl chain spacer between the silica surface and amide polar group, which gives extra phase stability.
Avantor® ACE® Excel® C18-Amide columns, with increased pressure rating of 1,000 bar, are available for UHPLC applications in 1.7, 2, 3 and 5 μm particle sizes.

- ACE guard cartridges for analytical columns require stand-alone guard cartridge holder H0001 and column coupler C0001
- ACE UHPLC guard cartridges require holder H0011
