Avantor® ACE® C18-PFP HPLC Columns

Avantor® ACE® C18-PFP phase utilises a specially developed ligand combining a C18 chain with integral PFP functionality. This results in a phase that maintains the hydrophobic, stability and low bleed characteristics of leading C18 phases, yet provides the multiple retention mechanisms of a PFP phase. Due to its integral pentafluorophenyl functionality, Avantor® ACE® C18-PFP is also recommended for separations that involve halogenated aromatic compounds, regioisomers, and those analytes with differing shape constraints.
Avantor® ACE® Excel® C18-PFP columns, with increased pressure rating of 1,000 bar, are available for UHPLC applications in 1.7, 2, 3 and 5 μm particle sizes.

- ACE guard cartridges for analytical columns require stand-alone guard cartridge holder H0001 and column coupler C0001
- ACE UHPLC guard cartridges require holder H0011
