Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 HPLC Columns

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 HPLC columns are eXtra Densely Bonded (XDB) and double endcapped to simultaneously deactivate the silica surface to prevent unwanted interactions. The XDB-C8 phase is an excellent general-purpose column with less retention than the Eclipse XDB-C18 phase. With a higher carbon load than the Eclipse Plus C8 it offers alternative selectivity for lipophic anlaytes. Featuring fully porous silica in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm for use with eiher UHPLC or HPLC methods.
Features
- General purpose C8 column with lower retention than Eclipse XDB C18
- Higher hydrophobicity with alternative selectivity for lipophilic analytes
- Long lifetime with eXtra Dense Bonding and double endcapping
- Higher carbon load than Eclipse Plus C8
- Fully porous silica-based columns in 1.8 µm, 3.5 µm, and 5 µm sizes
- Guards extend the lifetime of analytical columns without diminishing performance
- USP L7 classification
- ZORBAX Eclipse XDB reversed phase chemistries also include Eclipse XDB C18, Eclipse XDB-Phenyl, and Eclipse XDB-CN for alternative selectivity
