puriFlash BIO RP-NH preparative columns from Advion-Interchim Scientific are designed for the efficient purification of oligonucleotides. By integrating both reversed phase and ion-exchange functionalities, the stationary phase – functionalised with alkyl chains and amine groups – provides enhanced selectivity and optimal separation efficiency. With two pore sizes tailored to different oligonucleotide lengths, the BIO RP-NH series offers precise resolution for short sequences as well as larger biomolecules. Columns are available from 4.6 mm to 50 mm internal diameter and in 5 µm, 10 µm or 15 µm particle sizes, enabling scalable purification from analytical development through to preparative production.
Phase Options Designed for Oligonucleotide Purification
- puriFlash® BIO 200 RP-NH: Developed for the analysis and purification of oligonucleotides up to 40 mers, offering reliable resolution and consistent performance for short to medium-length sequences.
- puriFlash® BIO 300 RP-NH: Optimised for larger oligonucleotides, including aptamers and DNA constructs, providing strong retention and high-quality purification of higher-molecular-weight biomolecules.
