Agilent Poroshell HILIC-OH5 HPLC columns have a novel poly-hydroxy fructan stationary phase bonded to 2.7 µm Poroshell 120 particles. The fructan bonded phase offers alternative selectivity to other HILIC phases and provides excellent peak shape for a wide range of polar compounds. The superficially porous particles offer fast, high-efficiency separations with short equilibration times to improve throughput for both isocratic and gradient separations.
