YMC-Triart PFP Analytical HPLC Columns
With YMC-Triart PFP additional separation mechanisms are involved. The interaction of the analytes with the stationary phase is possible via hydrogen-bonding and/or dipole-dipole, aromatic or hydrophobic interactions. YMC-Triart PFP is best suited to chromatography of compounds with polar groups such as halogens. It offers high stereo selectivity and excellent (geometric) isomer separation.
YMC-Triart PFP columns are designed to deliver unique selectivity for aromatic and slightly polar compounds, making them an exceptional choice for challenging separations. These columns utilise a pentafluorophenyl propyl stationary phase that offers enhanced retention for halogenated compounds and is particularly effective in differentiating structurally similar analytes. The robust hybrid silica base of YMC-Triart PFP columns ensures excellent stability and performance across a wide range of conditions, suitable for both simple and complex matrix analyses in pharmaceutical, environmental, and food industries.
