DeXtra is an agarose-dextran-based size exclusion chromatography (SEC) resin from emp BIOTECh designed for the high-resolution fractionation of biomolecules. It is available in two formats: DeXtra 75 with a fractionation range of 3 – 70 kDa and DeXtra 200 with a fractionation range of 6 – 600 kDa.
